The Illinois Code prohibits trust property from being court ordered into a guardianship. Yet, attorneys, judges, and bank trust departments routinely ignore this code. What complaints can be made about this and to whom?
Please refer to the secion on "How to Report Unethical Guardianship Proceedings". We encourage you to report all wrongdoing that you are aware of.
Please refer to the section on How To Report Illegal and Fraudulent proceedings. Please report to the FBI, and include names of all unethical parties involved. Please ask that your file be joined with other files they may have on people conducting illegal proceedings, especially if through the Cook County Probate Court. Thank you!
